    A pivotal win for Komplete Construction, the Master Builder of the Year Award was awarded to Komplete Construction in 2011 for our continued focus on Innovative and bespoke residential developments.  The most prestigious award in Construction, The Master Builders Association celebrates exceptional projects and superior craftsmanship.

    MBA Winner – Best use of Concrete

    Built over eight levels, the difficult site and design featuring minimal tolerances posed a significant challenge. As described by the judging panel: “This house is a home of exceptional quality.”

    As the 2007 winner of Contract Houses in the $2,500,000 to $3,000,000 category, the judges remarked:

    “The most difficult part of this project for the builder was the architectural detail with absolutely no tolerance for error.

    The builders’ attention to detail and quality was very impressive. A flawless finish.”

    Short Lane has been awarded the 2018 award for Residential Architecture and Multiple Housing by the Australian Institute of Architects

    Located in Sydney’s Surry Hills, the complex stood out to the jury for its ability to provide apartment dwellers with a sustainable, private environment within in a dense, urban setting. The jury also noted that the project maintains a connection to its surroundings with walkable laneways and public venues at the ground level.
