Oliver compliments the team at Komplete with over twenty years of experience in the construction industry across a number of sectors.  Right-hand man to the owner Kanaan, Oliver has developed from being a hands-on builder at the beginning of his career, to grow and develop his industry knowledge, eventually operating his own residential building company before joining Komplete.

A solid knowledge of all aspects of complex building projects comes from his experience in a number of varied roles – including contract administration, estimating, site management and project management, and gives him a deep understanding of Australian building practices.

Oliver focuses on managing major projects for Komplete and provides end-to-end delivery with minimal fuss and maximum outcome.  His passion and attention to detail is undeniable, and never compromises on the superior finish expected by clients.

Adam’s passion for the construction industry is unquestionable. He is a driven and highly intelligent individual who has an inspiring work ethic which has seen him progress to taking on his own projects in a Project Manager capacity in a short time.

Starting his career as a builder’s labourer, he progressed to starting his own fencing business while completing his Bachelor of Project Management and Construction Management, in which he received a high distinction.

Adam is an invaluable member of the team at Komplete who utilises this hands-on experience  to give him an invaluable frontline understanding of the construction process. 

Scott joined the Komplete Construction team as a Site Foreman after building his expertise over a decade as a detail-orientated carpenter working on high-end luxury residential developments. 

After a progression to the position of foreman just 5 years ago, he is considered to be a leading foreman at Komplete due to his superior skills and ability.  This position has led to the development of his leadership and team-management skills ensuring that developments run seamlessly and are completed in a timely manner.

Scott’s dedication to developing his skills has led his to completing his Cert III in Carpentry and joinery alongside running complex and detailed residential construction projects.

Z is a dedicated and passionate Site Supervisor with a wealth of knowledge gained in over 25 years in the construction industry. 

Owning his own residential development and construction business in the UK, Z is a skilled bricklayer, renderer, plasterer with additional experience in tiling and roofing.

With a wide range of interests outside the construction world, Z is an accomplished artist and musician with interests including philosophy, metaphysics, astrophysics and history.

Anthony’s dedication to be the best in his industry is inspiring.  With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, he has held the same position of Site Foreman for 15 years through which his capacity for exceptional residential construction and interior fit out is apparent.

Anthony has a passion for embracing the most cutting-edge technology in construction and drives his projects with commitment, communication and organisation.  His residential experience is backed up by capability and qualifications in carpentry, prototyping, building and commercial construction. 

Simon is a highly-skilled professional within the development and construction industry, primarily in the residential sector. With over 30 years of on-site experience, his passion and ability ensures that in the position of project Foreman, Simon can manage construction sites and contractors effectively and efficiently.

One of owner Kanaan’s oldest friends, Simon is a dedicated member of the team at Komplete Construction.  A highly trained carpenter and joiner, he has developed his industry knowledge through his capabilities in commercial fit-out as well as managing and constructing his own residential developments.

Ilda supports the wider team as Office Assistant and Project Coordinator.  With combined experience in the construction industry as well as a Diploma in Business Management and studying Interior Architecture, Ilda aspires to become a Project Manager.

Ilda has a passion for design and a hunger for advancing her knowledge of the construction industry, as well as evolving company practice and efficiency.
